RI HOPE (Help Obtaining Permanent Employment) Program

Providing person-centered and strengths-based employment supports to very low/low/moderate income unemployed, and underemployed Central Falls residents and those seeking a better job and economic independence. Individuals and their families are linked to the full array of FSRI’s social service continuum and community partners to mitigate barriers associated with employment and financial insecurity, including basic needs assistance, mental health treatment, and other family and Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) supports. FSRI will work to place participants/clients into jobs within various industries. Job placement will be made through FSRI employer partners, training providers, and Workforce Specialist assistance with job search and applications.
