The Design Catalyst empowers Rhode Island's design industry, fostering a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a bright future for the field. The Design Catalyst is a comprehensive workforce development program built around three key goals:
- Upskilling existing designers: Equipping current design professionals with the skills and knowledge to stay ahead of evolving trends and thrive in the modern workplace.
- Supporting design success: Providing ongoing support and resources to ensure existing designers reach their full potential.
- Cultivating future talent: Introducing aspiring designers to diverse career paths and equipping them with the skills needed to pursue their goals within the design sector.
This program opportunity is organized by the Design Sector Partnership led by DESIGNxRI.
