Job Development

Progreso Latino's Job Development program helps unemployed or underemployed workers, especially those facing language barriers, find fulfilling careers. Through workshops, participants gain skills in job search, research, interviewing, and salary negotiation. The program bridges the gap to opportunity by connecting workers with employers and equipping them for success in the job market. This comprehensive approach includes collaboration with the adult education team to offer supplementary training in English and computer literacy, opening up additional career paths in the hospitality industry and beyond.
