Self-employment provides people with disabilities and others a unique level of flexibility and control compared to traditional wage jobs. This includes meaningful work in a field of passion, adaptable hours, choice of work environment, and the opportunity to be your own boss. The program's focus is to equip entrepreneurs with the skills necessary for business success and gainful employment.
